When I bought it 80% of it had been eaten by termites. We took this house from the studs to the roof save the wood that we could and rebuilt the rest. We try to keep the integrity of the house and the past owners. The house is old and sheds dust so we want you to know that as well This house was more than likely a Cook house for the forest industry that was thriving here in this part of Mississippi in the late 1800s to early 1900s This house is my dream home Guest access Please enjoy this beautiful house and all it has to offer if walking outside and in the yard please be aware of snakes and spiders Occasionally there might be a bug in the house even with monthly maintenance and weekly cleaning Other things to note The house does have a black and white dog that will visit you. Her name is Abigail - She lives next-door and her parents know that she comes here all the time She is very sweet so if you do not like dogs, this might not be your house to visit. I also want to disclose that this is an old house and sheds dust as much as I clean weekly the house will I’m not here There also might be a spider web inside as well
