Awesome, eclectic, apartment in a grass strip airport hangar. Great for a pilot fly in or just a get away to the quiet country! Located on acreage within 45 minutes of downtown Ft Worth and little over 1 hr Dallas. Close to Chisholm Trail Pkwy. 2 state parks in area (Cleburne State Park and Dinosaur Valley State Park). Also close to Cresson racetrack. Groceries and nice eateries within 10 minutes. Please be advised, we have a step up into shower. There is no oven has cooktop The space If you bring a pet, please do not leave the pet alone in the apartment. Thanks! While we are pet friendly, the apartment is not large enough for multiple guests and multiple dogs especially large ones. We welcome you with one small to small/medium dogs. No large dogs please. You also agree to be responsible for any damages or extra cleaning needed. Thanks! Other things to note Beware of driving onto the grass runway as aircraft may land unannounced. Please be advised we are in a rural area. We have internet adequate for streaming and surfing the net. If you need high speed internet for gaming , etc. we are not able to provide that. Hot water heater is a demand unit. If you take a long hot shower, the next person should wait for the tank water to heat. Also, do not run laundry while showering or you won’t have a hot shower.
