The space The villa has been fully renovated and offers modern, bright, and well-organized interiors. The living area is beautiful, spacious, and sun-filled, with smart TV, comfortable seating and large glass doors that create a seamless connection with the outdoor spaces. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals to enjoy throughout the day. All indoor areas are equipped with air conditioning or fans for maximum comfort. The villa features two terraces: • Terrace 1 is very large and fully livable, furnished with a spacious dining table, perfect for eating, drinking, and spending time together; • Terrace 2 offers breathtaking views over the sea and the surrounding mountains, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms and features three bathrooms in total: • Bedroom 1: located in a separate dependance with direct access to Terrace 1, queen-size bed, air conditioning and fan, with Bathroom 1 featuring shower and bidet; • Bedroom 2: queen-size bed, air conditioning, and direct access to Terrace 2; • Bedroom 3: two single beds, air conditioning, and direct access to Terrace 2; • Bedroom 4: interior room with no direct access to the terraces, two single beds. Two additional bathrooms (Bathroom 2 and Bathroom 3), both equipped with shower and bidet, are conveniently located and easily accessible from the common areas. The villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Positano, just a short walk from the town centre, which can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. Positano’s main beach, Spiaggia Grande, as well as the beach of Fornillo, can be reached with a short additional walk. Local shops and public transportation are conveniently nearby. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa throughout their stay, including all indoor areas and the two terraces. The property is completely private and not shared with other guests. Other things to note • Tourist tax A local tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per night is required and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Children under 10 years of age are exempt. • Baby cot A baby cot is available upon request at a cost of € 30 per night. • Parking Please note that there is no on-site parking at the property, which is common for most private homes in Positano. Nearby paid parking options are available, and we are happy to assist guests with information and support regarding the closest facilities. • Smoking policy Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, including traditional cigarettes and electronic cigarettes. Guests can smoke only in the outdoor areas. • Children For safety reasons, children must always be accompanied by an adult, especially when using the outdoor areas. • Access to the villa Please note that the villa is accessed via approximately 75 steps ascending from street level. • Location & distances The town centre of Positano is less than a 10 minute walk from the villa. From the centre, Spiaggia Grande can be reached in approximately 5 minutes on foot, while Fornillo Beach is about a 10 minute walk, both along scenic routes offering beautiful views of the town. • Transportation Public transportation is readily available, providing a convenient way to get around Positano.
