Easy to go everywhere(Take MRT to TPE101 15 mins/Shilin Night Market 10 mins/Ximending 12 mins) •Easy to go Taiwan's county by bus, such as to Keelung, Taoyuan and Hsinchu), or can drive a car on the highway to other city. •Big, sweet, comfortable and cleaning room •Convenient location and good quality community •Saft environment with elevator building with guard and monitors. • New and quiet Air-conditioner and heater two in one Guest access *Free Wifi and desk computer you can use them. *In the room, we provide a private bathroom (Body Wash soap,shampoo,toothpaste (but no tooth brush) ,towel,slipper, and brush & washboard for washing clothes. *There are a tea desk and chairs, a hair dryer, a closet, a dressing mirror, a Sofa, a trash can, a desk lamp and floor lamp in the room. *When you stay in the room, we don't provide cleaning services for sheets, pillows, towels, etc. *You can use water cooler, washing machine, microwave, small oven, refrigerator (excluding inside food) in the public area. *We can accept adding max 2 persons, but without adding an extra bed. We only provide sofa, sofa bed or yoga mat. For each additional person, the fee is NT$300 (US$10), but you need to inform me in advance when you booking. *There are a meeting table and fitness bike in the dining room. If you want to use them, please inform me in advance. Sometime when I have a meeting or family meal, the room is not available. During your stay Here you can enjoy the quiet and nice space. This is an independent large room with bathroom. I love it and share with travelers. I hope to know more foreign friends who like travelling like me, and hope you enjoy Taiwan's local life. In addition, I am a freelancer. If you need additional services and learn more about Taiwanese culture, please tell me, for example: 1. If I have time, you need a tour guide. I can introduce you knowing Taiwan and enjoy Taiwanese food and culture. But you have to make an appointment in advance and tell me what your needs. 2. If you need airport pick-up service, please let me know in advance, I will arrange it for you (may be a taxi driver or me). But as long as you arrive near my home, I will take you to check in the room. 3. I like healthy diet, sometime vegetarian food, so I almost cook by myself. If you need me to prepare meals, please let me know in advance. I will do my best to prepare local dishes. 4. If you want to experience local temple activities, traditional markets, night markets or outdoor walks, I will also arrange for you. All the above services may have additional charges. Please sort and pack your garbage into the trash can on the balcony or the elevator exit before check out. 2. Please stay quiet after 23:00 in the evening. 3. Do not bring pets or your friends without notice in advance. 4. Please do not come back too late after 00:00. If your flight is late, and check-in after 0:00, please contact me in advance. 5. Don't do any illegal or dangerous things in the room, including gambling, drugs, and etc. 6. When using the kitchen, please pay attention to the fire and gas, and do not burn or damage the items. If there is any damage, please tell me. 7. If there is any damage, please tell me and sometimes, something need you pay reasonable compensation. 8. Please save/cherish water and electricity. 9. Please cherish any items provided in the room and keep the environment clean.
