Duplex near Times Square!! 201 Primo Dr is easy walking distance to great restaurants and white beaches. Times Square has outside music and a fishing pier. Duplex has boat dock on a large canal. Easy access off the Island if you want to go shopping. This duplex features an upper level that includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a private balcony overlooking Times Square. The upper unit had some minor damage from hurricane Ian that was repaired. We are excited to be able to welcome guests back :) This wonderful duplex is located in a quiet residential neighborhood right in the heart of Fort Myers Beach. There is a 2-5 minute walk to local restaurants, Times Square, and the GORGEOUS BEACH!! Times Square includes outdoor shops, restaurants, the Fort Myers beach Pier, and nightly entertainment. *Please note:* The pictures listed are pre hurricane Ian.
