Summer days start with the sound of the cricket and end with a picturesque sunset. At night, the incredibly starry nights will astonish you. Tim and Shannon are your hosts and my lovely neighbors located 150 yards away from you. The space Your privat area contains: a) Living room & Kitchen & Dining - second floor one large room about 60 m2 ! with two sofa beds available b) Bed room 1 (20 m2) - second floor c) Bed room 2 (18 m2) - second floor d) Bed room 3 (18 m2) - first floor e) Bath room (18 m2) - second floor f) Bath room + Washing - first floor e) Deck (60 m2) Common areas: shared with the EAST 1) Entrance area with equipment and toys (20 m2) Info: The East side is not available for guest due to by-laws unless the owner occupies the east side Guest access Everything in the house is available for the guests beside the door that says PRIVATE. You get a key for your lodge area and a key for the main entrance. Public area: the beach is public and is open for everybody, it is not a private beach. Parking: there is plenty of space - please see check the eagle view photos. All guest areas: The entrance area with the beach toys, service materials, games and the laundry room are available for all guests. Please feel free to use all the books games and other equipment in the house, just make sure that you place them back where you found them. Other things to note we have 2 bedrooms and one sofa and one sofa bed in the living room. the east side is usually not occupied, unless the owner is on the island Please see our intro video on youtube.
