So if you are looking for a rural location near the beach and the other liveliness with shopping and many more you have found your ideal holiday house with "Can Pedro de Duri". On Tuesdays you can buy a lot of fresh products at the small but good weekly market in Santa Margalida, perfect for a garden party with delicious grilled meat and vegetables. The plot with 3.700 m² well arranged and completely fenced. The big iron gate at the driveway can only be opened by remote control, which gives us additional security. In the garden center behind the house is the beautiful Xxl pool (11m x 4.5m), preferably flattening and equipped with entry stairs and safety railings, which is very beneficial for children and older guests. Comfortable sun beds and parasols provide the necessary comfort for a relaxing Poolday. The lawn is ideal for playing croquet, or you play a table tennis match on covered entrance terrace ... there are plenty of possibilities. The barbecue veranda is equipped with a dinner table and its own kitchen. There is even a large fridge with plenty of storage space for cool beer and other soft drinks. Directly at the house under the ivy-covered terrace you can add two additional dining tables and thus you have prepared a large table in no time. For the digestive act, you can then make yourself comfortable on the padded rattan furniture before falling again into the cool water pool. The interior of the house exudes a very special charm. The walls, which are strewn with self-painted pictures, were painstakingly and lovingly designed by the landlady. Even the most popular painter of Majorca "Josep Coll Bardolet" has immortalized himself here. The stairs tiles were personally painted by him. At the long dining table on the ground floor, the entire travel group can easily be accommodated. The living room behind with a large fireplace is very cozy. Quaint stone walls and massive wooden beams give us a very pleasant living environment. The open kitchen is separated from the dining area by a bar with seats. The furnishings and fittings are a colorful mix of traditional and handmade, a lovely home-museum with lots to discover. The upper floor serves as a sleeping area and consists of 4 spacious double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 3rd bathroom is located outside, next to the barbecue veranda. All bedrooms have air conditioning and spacious fitted wardrobes. Baby cots are available on the mezzanine floor. Here you can also conveniently answer emails at a desk or label classically postcards. High chairs for our younger guests can be found on the ground floor.
