Welcome to "Best of Both Beaches!" ... No need to choose which beach to go to in York... this bright, happy beach is between both Short Sands AND Long Sands Beaches! Just STEPS from Short Sands, a few blocks from Long Sands Beach, and walking distance to Nubble Lighthouse. You'll just love the house and the location! The large enclosed front porch welcomes you and you'll love to hang out there after a day at the beach. This is a WHOLE house with separate living room, dinning room and spacious kitchen (not all tucked into the same one room) and bedrooms on 2nd floor. And a NEW Outdoor Shower to enjoy after a wonderful day at the beach. Washer & Dryer on first floor There is plenty of room for everyone to hang out on the first floor with hard wood floors in full size living room and dining room. Sunny living room with charming fireplace and sleeper couch (if a relative comes for a night) offers space for all to hang out after a day exploring York. No need to keep running upstairs with a half bathroom on the first floor! Enjoy meals and board games on the large dinning room table in the separate bright dining room with built-in china hutch. You can cook out back with the GAS Grill. Get supper ready in the fully stocked sunny kitchen with ceramic floors. A wonderful bonus screened-in back porch where everyone can come for lunch with their bathing suits still on. Or come back at the end of the beach day and leave all their gear, or just sit and chat with folks in the kitchen. WiFi included. Air Conditioning on the first & second floor for those rare super hot days. Be ready to fight over who gets the 2 of the 3 bedrooms with an OCEAN VIEW! The 2nd floor has a full bath room with shower/tub, 3 bedrooms (2 rooms have 1 full bed, 1 has 2 single beds) and cozy carpet on the whole second floor! We have many guests who come back year after year to this special "Best of Both Beaches" house, so make your reservation before it is too late. Just walk down the hill to enjoy all of downtown York Beach, with its bandstand, Ellis Park, playground, basketball courts, shops, and Goldenrod taffy! We do NOT allow guests to bring pets regardless of size, fur/hair, training or age of pet. Thank you. Winter Rentals (6 month minimum) available October-May, but does not include heat, Wifi, cable tv or snow removal. One month security required with 90+ day rental.
