There is a Woolworths food store, trendy bars and restaurants, coffee shops, and a MyCity Bus stop right of the doorstep of the building. The apartment accommodates 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. The spacious open plan interior features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable lounge which opes onto a large balcony through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Other things to note We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required. Please note that the Building Management rules are very strict about the number of guests, so we cannot accommodate more than adults in the property. The guests will have to sign the building's rules and send IDs no less than 24h ahead of their booking. Are they sent any later than this, the booking unfortunately cannot take place, so please be aware of this.
