You will be dealing directly with the HOST ONLY, not the Q1 reception desk. Inside the resort and apartment is strictly non smoking with strictly no parties. Q1 is a mixture of residential and hotel occupants so excessive noise or complaints of parties may result in onsite security asking all occupants to leave, in this instance no refund will be given.
