Soulful apartment in the center of Odessa

A bomb shelter with concrete walls and ceiling is located in the house! A cozy and comfortable apartment with all amenities and everything you need, stunning views from the windows to the city center and the sea, is located in a new building with an elevator. A closed front door, where a security guard is on duty around the clock, will add confidence in a safe stay. Ideal location: 5 minutes to the railway station, 15 minutes to the Opera House and Deribasovskaya. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops, pharmacies, a fitness club with a swimming pool within a walking distance. The space The main idea when creating our apartments was to preserve the atmosphere of air and light, so we left the space open, with a minimum number of partitions and unhindered access to the view windows, from which you can admire the sunrises and sunsets, running clouds and the sea. And in good weather, you can have a cup of coffee on the balcony, made from freshly ground aromatic beans with a light press of just one button on the coffee machine. Knowing how uncomfortable it is to run from the road to the store for drinking water, we installed a filter so that you always have access to water for drinking and cooking. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking and serving meals. We have provided a sufficient number of storage places, so even if you come for a few days, you will not have a feeling of living "on suitcases", in one of the cabinets we placed a small safe for storing documents and important things that you do not want to carry with you around the city. A luxurious orthopedic mattress was chosen for the sleeping area, because the quality of sleep the night before determines the mood of the whole next day:) We also allocated a convenient work area with good lighting and sockets to connect all the necessary equipment. The bathroom has a washing machine with a dryer, in a couple of hours you can get fresh and dry clothes, if necessary, you can use a folding dryer and iron. For your safety, the apartment has a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher. And most importantly, we are ready to improve and enhance the quality of your vacation, so we are always open to ideas and wishes ;) Other things to note The bomb shelter is in the house (I believe that soon this information will not be important 🙏)
