There is a large pool (complimentary use for guests) just minutes from the condo and you are extremely close to Magen's Bay Beach and some of the best restaurants on the island. The condo is located in Mahogany Run, which is a condo association with a mix of long-term residents and short-term rentals. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need. Additionally, we provide sanitized snorkel equipment, beach towels, beach chairs, and much more! The home and all equipment shall be utilized at guests own risk, including, but not limited to the hot tub, baby equipment (pack n play, crib, and high chair), fireplace and fire pit. Host/owner/property manager shall not be held liable for any injury resulting from the use of the home or features/amenities within the home. Guest access There is a free parking spot included with the studio which you can use for the entirety of your stay. We HIGHLY recommend renting a car whilst on the island, however, we have included a contact number for a local private taxi in the guest book. Taxis can be hard to find and oftentimes unreliable. Other things to note Please keep in mind that hurricanes are pretty common during September. Occasionally hurricanes can occur before and after September as well. The guest is responsible for any damage to the home, furniture or any other property in the home. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance when prompted.
