Seeking long-term renters only at this time. The home is shared with me but my living space is completely separate and I will never need to access your space. The kitchen has a gas range/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. There is one full bathroom on the first floor. There are also two additional sinks and vanities in the open bedroom (first floor) to facilitate getting ready in the morning. There are two queen beds on the second floor for guests. You may use the back patio. Please ask if you have any questions, concerns, or don't know how to do or use something. Older working-class neighborhood, but safe and quiet. You will need a car if visiting my place. I do not provide bicycles or give rides around town. I do not offer student/military/senior discounts, please do not inquire. My rate is already very reasonable.
