This is our most affordable room in our immaculately renovated brick twin. 1 minute from I-95, 20 minutes from the Philadelphia airport and minutes from downtown Wilmington. For medical professionals our home is conveniently located near Wilmington Hospital, AI DuPont and St. Francis. Please note: this room is on the second floor The space The room has a super comfy full sized bed, tons of natural light, hardwood floors. It has a shared gorgeous bathroom with soaking tub. It has a vanity/desk for doing makeup or computer work, IKEA wardrobe/dresser unit and mini fridge. There's a 32in smart HDTV with Netflix/Amazon prime/Xfinity cable. This is one of 4 private rooms in our AirBnb house. It shares a bathroom with one other room. The other two rooms have their own private bathrooms. Bathroom is shared with one other room on the same floor. There's a half bath on the first floor as a backup. Guest access Shared bathroom with tub/shower, Wi-Fi, kitchen, laundry, backyard with firepit and outdoor couches/pergola. During your stay Please note we live full time in our other location 15 min away. We often stop by to check to make sure everything is clean and well stocked every other day. We even sometimes invite guests to a dinner or cookout. We try really hard to create a welcoming, respectful environment for our guests. We specialize in long term, professional corporate/healthcare worker housing and many times have travel nurses, medical students and other business professionals staying at this location. Other things to note The house has a push button code lock on the front door allowing entry at any time. It also locks automatically after 30 seconds of opening it. We change the codes in between guests. Occasionally both of us are working and you will be able to let yourself in with the code but we try to greet each and every guest. There is a camera security system recording all outside areas 24/7 for our guest's safety, although our home is very safe. We have 3 other listings available, two with private baths. They can both easily be acessed via our profile!
