We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection. - An open-planned living room and kitchen are that gets lots of sunlight. - A plush and comfortable sofa sits by the window in the living room with a flat screen TV for your entertainment. - The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessities to whip up a fresh meal including, but not limited to, a coffee machine, a microwave, a fridge, an oven, and a stovetop. - In the bedroom is a King-sized bed fitted with hotel quality linens to ensure your comfort. - There are 2 bathrooms, one features a bath, with an attached shower, and the other has a walk-in shower. We also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience. - Please note that there is no piano inside this property. Have a lovely stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please also note that although the flat will be thoroughly cleaned, before and after each stay, it may not be suitable for guests with a pet allergy.
