A beautiful 30 minute scenic drive from Telluride, this recently renovated "cabin" sits at the end of a quiet street in the middle of the San Juans and offers high end finishes with a rustic feel. The space This spacious yet cozy home offers three bedrooms on the lower level, each with king size beds. The upstairs has a loft feel with two queen size beds (not yet photoed, bunk beds are no longer in the loft space). The main bathroom has a claw-foot soaking tub/shower and the back master bedroom has a stand-up shower. There are TVs with DVD players/Apple TVs in every bedroom and a wide selection of DVDs available for your use. In the late spring and summer, there is outdoor patio furniture available for use along with a propane grill. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to the entire home and outside space. Other things to note Durning winter months, 4-wheel drive/all wheel drive is HIGHLY recommended. This house sits in the valley that often receives sizable amounts of snow. Please note that there is not a grocery store in the Town of Rico. There is a small gas station that offers many essentials, but nothing compared to a grocery store. There are two wonderfully equipped grocery store in the Town of Telluride, Clarke's Market and The Village Market (both approximately a 30 minute drive, one-way). Depending on your origin, I can recommend other places to stop to pick up items.
