Skyline sits adjacent to Rocky Mountain National Park and overlooks the YMCA of the Rockies. This quaint residence offers expansive views with proximity to hiking trails, rivers and the broader adventures of the region. It is approximately 15 minutes from downtown Estes Park. The area boasts sightings of elk, deer, and on rarer occasions, bears or moose. For travel between October and April, 4x4 or AWD is advised. Larimer County Approval Number: 20-NCD0377 The space 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, living and kitchen area are downstairs. 3 bedrooms and bathroom located upstairs. Other things to note The rental does not come with a YMCA membership. Events, weddings, and large gatherings are not permitted. A maximum of three cars is allowed on the property.
