There is NOT, nor will there ever be, a camera or microphone in the living areas. Trying to live green? Our home has a Solar Roof with Battery backups. Solar covers part of the electricity usage and the batteries provide power in the event of an outage. Guest access Guests have access to the entire upper floor plus the front yard, back yard, garage, and the deck. The basement is separated from the upstairs by a locked door. Host lives in basement, there are no shared areas with the host with the exception of the backyard. Other things to note No street parking in winter. Guest must park in the right half of the driveway. There is room for 2 passenger cars or 1 SUV/Minivan ‘s. The host lives in the basement apartment located downstairs. There is a possibility of noise from the lower level apartment. We have one security camera outside the front door, one outside the back gate, one outside the garage, and one inside the garage. There is NOT, nor will there ever be, a camera or microphone in the living areas.
