Cozy 2 bedroom cabin in the Adirondacks completely updated in 2021. Complete with full kitchen, full bathroom, living room, dining area, outdoor deck, private fire-pit, charcoal BBQ grill, flat screen TV, A/C and Free WiFi. The cabin is part of our resort and includes use of outdoor heated pool (in season), game room, pool table, ping pong, horseshoes, shuffleboard, guest laundry facility, and a basketball hoop. The Porcupine Cabin #17 has a wonderful pine aroma from the natural wood throughout, and features vaulted ceilings, post and beam, lots of windows and wood floors throughout. There is a full eat in kitchen with a dishwasher. We offer two bedrooms. One features a queen bed, the other has two twin beds, in order to provide greater flexibility for our guests. If you prefer two or more double or queen sized beds, we offer those in many other cabins on the property, as well as our Lodge Suites. The dining table in the kitchen seats 4, while oversized deck with outdoor tables accommodate 6+. The smaller sized living room has a sleeper sofa queen size couch, electric fireplace and mantel and a TV powered by WiFi streaming and a full roster of Hulu channels. Two large slider doors access the expansive deck looking out into the trees, perfect for get togethers, BBQ / meals and relaxing. If your family or group has reserved other cabins with us at the same time, either this our Cottontail Cabin #3 or our Whitetail Deer Cabin #6 will be the place to meet for gatherings! Two queen sized hickory log beds are adorned with luxurious oxford Egyptian cotton sheets and high-quality cotton bed covers lay on top of comfortable mattresses. This cabin sleeps four, with additional space for a 5th guest on the sleeper sofa. All guests must register with the resort. Our properties are part of a cabin & motel resort called the Adirondack Diamond Point Lodge. We are pleased to host larger groups and can accommodate up to 100 guests. Property is perfect for events such as family reunions and celebrations. Each of our cabins, Moose, Otter, Snowshoe Hare, Cottontail, Whitetail & Eagles Nest are similar but each have special features that make them unique. Our cabins have full kitchens stocked with pots and pans and full bath. Linens, soaps and shampoos provided. It is quiet and private, yet includes all the benefits of the Resort, and has that “ Adirondack“ feel. Parking is just outside the cabin, or in designated spaces. Guests have access to the entire cabin, private fire pit, charcoal grill, private deck and are free to explore the grounds. Guests have access to a common laundry facility, heated pool (in season), communal gas grill and stone fireplace, outdoor games including basketball hoop, shuffleboard, pool table, ping-pong, horseshoes, as well as the community room in season. Our pool area is re-knowned in the Lake George area for its oversized stamp-crete pool deck, seating area, large cabana and covered tiki station. We are here at the resort working with other guests, in the office or reachable by phone at anytime. We are located on a dead-end street. Although we are close to the main road, the property feels secluded and has that Adirondack feel. We are located approximately mid-way between the villages of Lake George and Bolton Landing, and approximately 5 minutes from Warrensburg. We are close to all of the area attractions, restaurants and activities. Nearby destinations include Six Flags Great Escape, Adirondack Extreme (adventure course), Stable Gate horseback riding, Golf, Gore Mountain Ski resort, mini-golf, boat rentals and much more. Numerous lake side restaurants are just minutes up the road in either direction. During the summer, the Lake George "Trolley" offers free shuttle service between destinations.
