Located at the base of Peak 9 just steps away from the QuickSilver lift and the Maggie, this is a highly coveted on-mountain location with skiing, hiking, and biking out the back door. Guests will have access to the front desk / Vail Resorts staff during their stay. The condo is a short walk to all the premier dining and shopping options in downtown Breck. Stylishly decorated with updated furniture and every amenity, this space is ideal for weekend getaways or long-term stays alike. We provide all the necessities, including fresh towels, linens, bath products, coffee, etc. This is the perfect place for all your favorite winter activities as well as beautiful mountain summer experiences. BEDROOM/LIVING The living area features brand-new furniture including a large sofa, coffee tables, and a 42” Smart TV. The sofa pulls out into a queen size sleeper. The closet provides ample storage space for clothing and equipment and is outfitted with a ski-boot/glove dryer, humidifier, extra linens/pillows, first-aid kit, vacuum, iron/ironing board and box-fan. The adjacent sleeping area features a queen-size bed and built-in dresser storage. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking and baking needs during your stay. We provide pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, microwave, toaster, hand mixer, slow-cooker, blender and more. There is a coffee maker and we provide local coffee for your stay. BATHROOM The spacious bathroom features dual sinks and vanities, and is equipped with all the amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, and a hair dryer. There is a separate toilet and shower room, fully stocked with towels and extra toiletries. RESORT AMENITIES The building’s amenities feature a newly renovated a fitness center, pool and hot tubs, sauna, steam room, and communal lounge. There are several onsite options for ski/snowboard rentals and several restaurants within the The Village at Breckenridge complex. LAUNDRY There is paid laundry on each floor of the building which can be conveniently paid via a digital app. PARKING Onsite paid parking is available in the private, heated garage ($55 per night). Parking must be reserved for in advance and is payable to the front desk upon arrival. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to park onsite, as spaces are limited and not guaranteed. Please note there is no free parking anywhere in Breckenridge. Other options are available offsite. ***We will assume no parking is needed if not requested upon the time of booking*** There is no free overnight parking in Breckenridge. Search "Breck Park" for nearby parking options. Airport shuttles are an alternative and cost-efficient way to get to Breckenridge.
