Guests fully release the owner, host, management, HOA, and cleaners from any liability for injuries, accidents, delays, weather, road conditions, power outages, snow, or unsafe behavior. We highly recommend CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) travel insurance for unexpected events or last-minute cancellations. Guest access 🔑 CHECK-IN Digital check-in with a smart lock. No keys required. 🎿 GEAR STORAGE No bikes, skis, snowboards, boots, or gear allowed inside the unit or hallways per HOA/fire code. Please store all gear in the dedicated private locker in the parking garage. It’s convenient and keeps the unit clean and safe. 👟 FOOTWEAR Please remove shoes and ski/snowboard boots at the entry. Use the provided shoe rack or boot trays. 🚗 PARKING You have access to: - 1 assigned garage parking space **Parking enforcement and towing are active at all times. Garage clearance is 6'8". If your vehicle cannot clear the garage, please notify me 48 hours in advance to request outside parking. *Outside parking depends on weather and availability and is not guaranteed. 🚘 EXTRA PARKING PASSES Additional parking passes may be requested 7 days in advance and NOT guaranteed. ❄ WINTER PARKING (Dec–Apr) - Parking must follow HOA rules due to snow removal: - You must park in your assigned space - A parking permit must be displayed on your dashboard at all times - Towing is strictly enforced and at guest expense ☀ SUMMER PARKING (May–Oct) First-come, first-served outdoor parking when space permits. Hot water is limited and may take up to an hour to reheat in winter. 🏔 Skiing & Local Tips This is ski-in/ski-out only when Canyon Lodge is open (generally Dec–Apr). Free shuttle and trolley access is steps away. For Yosemite trips, check if Tioga Road is open (typically closed Nov–June). ❌ Strict Cancellation Policy No refunds for: - Weather or storms - Road closures - Power outages - Travel delays - Illness, missed flights, or change of plans - CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) travel insurance is recommended. 🛡 Safety & Responsibility By booking, guests accept full responsibility for their own safety and release the owner/host from liability for accidents, snow/ice, weather, or guest behavior.
