Visiting Saranac Lake ? This spacious house is perfect for families, couples, or groups coming to the Adirondacks! Quiet street located directly across from an elementary school (with a useable playground), and 5 minute walk to downtown Saranac Lake. Fully stocked kitchen, WIFI, Netflix, Disney Plus, and a 6 person hot tub for your personal use to unwind after a day spent in the ADK! Nearby Saranac 6 & 46r hiking. 25 minutes to Whiteface Ski Resort, 10 minute drive to Lake Placid! The space My home is a duplex, you will be enjoying the downstairs complex which is a two bedroom, one bathroom house with full access to the back deck that includes; grill, table and chairs, and a guest favorite, the 6 person hot tub! Bedding and towels are provided as well as TV and WIFI access. There is a parking space for one vehicle. The living room has plenty of seating for entertaining with a full couch, loveseat, and recliner. Some board games, and other “family fun” items are located in the living room as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with fridge/freezer, oven/stove, silverware, cups, pots & pans, microwave, and some baking essentials, are for guests use as well. In the kitchen is a 5-6 person kitchen table; four chairs and a bench that can comfortable sit two. There is a Keruig machine for guest use. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Smart TV, queen bed, dresser for guests full use, and a bunk bed that has a twin bed on the top and a memory foam futon that folds down into a full bed to accommodate a total of 5 people in that room. The other bedroom also has a queen bed in it as well. Please be aware my house is not handicap accessible. There are a set of stairs coming in and a few steps on the porch to come into the house. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, back deck, and hot tub. I do have an Airbnb unit upstairs that could be rented during your stay, but their quarters are completely separate from the your listings entrance.
