(smoking fee $200)No parties allowed so the neighbors won't be disturbed late at night , Flush only toilet paper (dispose of feminine products, wipes, and tissue in the wastebasket (if pipelines get clogged there will be a fee to fix it, determined by severity of the issue) Access to the internet/ Wi-Fi included Pets are not accepted. If a pet is found you will be asked to leave. **Towels and toiletries will not be replenished** **cleaning/maid service are NOT included.
