Ski In/Ski Out Snowbrook Unit

Newly refreshed Ski-in/out condo on Sugarloaf's Snowbrook Village pond with easy access to the Snubber trail and lift, plus great mountain views. Snowbrook Village is the perfect location for your family mountain getaway. The space The unit sleeps 6-8 people so long as you have couples or kids that don’t mind sharing a bed. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a brand new full size sleeper sofa and two twin beds & a full in the loft. Because of the loft, the condo feels much bigger than its 922 sq feet - your kids can watch movies upstairs while you relax after dinner at the kitchen table. Our unit is directly across from the pool complex which has a large heated indoor pool and three hot tubs. Above the pool complex is a game room with ping pong, foosball and other activities. You can’t beat the location, no need to drive in soggy suits, just walk across the parking lot in your trunks and bean boots. We have little boys so expect the condo to have books, trucks and other fun things to do when the weather is not great for skiing. Our unit is also dog friendly and is in a great location for dog owners. There is a dedicated dog trail right across that parking lot which will give Fido a chance to bound through the snow and likely rumble with other pups out for a walk. Where the dog trail ends, the vast groomed Nordic ski trails begin (link below for more info). The snubber trail is just one building away and is in easy walking distance, easy for little kids. However, if you are not in the mood to take the chairlift up to the Village, the Sugarloaf Explorer (shuttle) stops directly outside our building twice an hour. We hope you enjoy staying at our condo that we have affectionately dubbed the “Toasted Marshmallow.”
