During the summer months, the Rendezvous Event Center becomes a lively hub, hosting live music, craft fairs, and fitness events. The primary bedroom is equipped with a Queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The living room features a newly added foldout Queen mattress, enhancing the comfort of the additional sleeping arrangements. It also includes a flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and various games. A private deck offers picturesque mountain views. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning available. The well-appointed kitchen is designed for both simple meal preparation and gourmet cooking. The Trailhead Lodge clubhouse offers a variety of on-site amenities, including an outdoor grilling area, a game room, a fitness room, a hot tub and an outdoor pool, available throughout the year. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.
