From top to bottom the property has been completely renovated, designed to enhance relaxation. This property has everything you need including bedding, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Four kayaks, a paddleboat, and a fishing boat are also on the property for use and enjoy the lake. There is a sandy beach to relax in and a great fire-pit to gather around in the evening. All you need to bring is food and some beach towels. This beautifully remodeled modern a-frame with 50 feet of frontage on all-sports Montcalm Lake is only 45 minutes north of Grand Rapids and 2.5 hours from Detroit. Perfect for a quick relaxing long weekend a week-long retreat. The wifi is not great, it is satellite (huges net, but it is there if you need it). The water is hard well water (high in iron) and recommended bringing drinking water. This also causes staining in the toilet and sink. It is fine to drink but has the iron taste.
