No Street Parking. 4X4/Chains REQUIRED In Winter City of Big Bear "Good Neighbor Policy" Enforced At All Times- 3 Crated Pets Allowed- Not To Be Left Unattended At Any Time- Pet Fee Required Perfect for those looking to spend a relaxing vacation on Big Bear Lake, Lake Shore cabin is a rustic yet modernly furnished mountain lake house right on the shoreline and under a mile to Big Bear Village. Grab the kids and the dogs as your private corner lot is fully fenced and pet friendly with a short walk down to the shared community boat dock and fishing area. (Perfect for renting a boat or kayak at nearby marinas and docking right up at the cabin for lunch.) Boasting the comforts from home paired with modern amenities and a superb lakefront location your group can enjoy soaking in the private hot tub under the deck after a day of adventures out on the mountain or take each other on in a game of billiards on the full size pool table! Take a short stroll to local Village shops, marinas, and local hiking trails!! Entering on the top level into the cozy dining room area you will find a toasty wood burning fireplace and a log dining / pool table conversion, perfect for meals or a game of billiards afterwards this spacious room is the middle hub of the upstairs level. To the left are the two main house bedrooms, each with it's own private bath and wonderful lake views from the windows and each is made up for your visit with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels. The chef of your group will love the spacious open kitchen setup, complete with cooking essentials and appliances for you to whip up your home-cooked meals. The oak cabinets are stocked full with cookware and utensils while ample counter space and a cute breakfast bar are perfect for entertaining a dinner party or hosting a family dinner. Enjoy the comfy living room area with cathedral pine ceilings and soaring windows, the perfect amount of natural lighting provides you with an amazing space to sit together and make memories here in the mountains. The sitting couches are sat perfectly around a toasty wood burning fireplace, enjoy snuggling up here and watching a movie on the flat screen Streaming TV, with high speed WIFI internet provided for you. (Guests must have their own account log ins to enjoy Streaming services.) The sliding glass door from the living room area provides you with direct access out to the massive sun deck overlooking Big Bear Lake and your spacious fully fenced back yard area, you will see the most amazing sunrises right here from your deck! Patio tables and outdoor furnishings pair with a Natural Gas BBQ for you to enjoy grilling up your dinner out here in the evenings under the stars. You will venture down the stairs of this upstairs sun deck and under the deck to access the guest apartment and your private hot tub. (There is NO access to the apartment from the main house.) This spacious separate guest apartment offers a wonderful private abode with a separate 3/4 bath which is perfect for a second family along or the teens to enjoy their own space while still vacationing together, with an added sliding glass door here to access your patio. Outside of the apartment you will find a cute patio area complete with sitting chairs to take in the views and a private hot tub for you to soak up your fun day out on the mountain. Our team offers 24/7 support along with local on site offices and experience packages. Big Bear GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY is enforced at all times during your stay and includes removing trash from the property to local trash sites, washing dishes to alleviate wild animals being attracted to neighborhoods. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, No Over Occupancy, No Loud Music, and No Street Parking is allowed in Big Bear homes at any time. This policy along with a rental agreement will be emailed to you immediately after booking and is REQUIRED by the City of Big Bear Lake for all rentals in Big Bear. If found in violation of these policies guests will be visited by staff and Code Enforcement officers who may or may not issue fines or evictions to the violating party members. No Smoking is allowed in any Big Bear homes. Check-in time is 4:00 pm Check-out time is 10:00 am There is no early arrival or later departure availability during peak season and holidays. Contact our office the morning of arrival or departure to confirm early arrival or later departure availability for your stay. (Fee Applies) Winter Snow & Parking- During winter months the driveways, steps, porches, decks, and other outdoor areas at your property may not be accessible due to snow or ice. Our teams are on fixed routes for snow and work alongside city and county resources to clear roads, driveways, walkways etc. Guests should be prepared in winter months to shovel themselves in or out of the property and off of the street in these snowstorm events. As there is no street parking allowed in Big Bear it is extremely important that guests make every attempt to get vehicles off the street for the snowplows. California Law requires that vehicles traveling to Big Bear from November thru April have snow chains in their vehicles however we also recommend proper footwear, an emergency kit, and an extra snow shovel. Pet Policy- Pet Friendly Homes ONLY Pet Fees $35/Pet Nightly Fee + Tax Pet Policy ~All dogs on the property must be registered and acknowledges with the front desk ~Dogs may not be left unattended in the home at any time ~Pet owners are responsible for cleanup of pets or are subject to an added cleaning fee Service Animals Are Welcome! California Penal Code: (a) Any person who knowingly and fraudulently represents himself or herself, through verbal or written notice, to be the owner or trainer of any canine licensed as, to be qualified as, or identified as, a guide, signal, or service dog, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six month, by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. Though individually owned and decorated all homes will be equipped with clean linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy of your property. Each home has a full kitchen with basic pots, pans, dishes, and a small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Your home will not be supplied with paper towels, coffee filters or coffee, specialty kitchen items or appliances, condiments or oils, bathrooms soaps or lotions and hair dryers. There is no Pay-Per-View access or Ordering of Viewing options in any of our Big Bear homes. No refunds or credits will be made for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, TV or other equipment factors beyond our control. Big Bear is a mountain community located in a deep forest which is also home to many forest critters. Common animals or insects that you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects every home prior to your arrival but cannot guarantee that the home will be free of these forest animals or pests. Big Bear Vacations reserves the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
