The space Sit back relax and enjoy the gorgeous views of Vallarta bay off the 3 balconies this condo has to offer. There is a nightly firework show off the bay that’s also fun to watch. The entire space was just recently entirely remodeled to a more modern feel with parota wood finishing throughout the entire condo. I brought a muralist from Mexico City to personalize my space with some beautiful wall art to make everyone’s stay memorable and unique. The space is perfect for families and just about anyone looking to stay in a comfortable home for a memorable vacation. It offers a spacious master bedroom with a large balcony, its own closet and a spacious master bath. The second bedroom is also roomy and it has its own bathroom and spacious closet. Bedroom 3 – Compact Bunk Room This cozy room features bunk beds and is ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests. While the space is smaller, it’s perfectly comfortable for adults who just need a place to rest after a day of exploring.. Kitchen: The home features a fully equipped kitchen for guests who enjoy cooking or hosting. It includes a full set of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and dining essentials, along with wine glasses, whisky glasses, and shot glasses. A dishwasher is also available to make cleanup easy. Wi-Fi: Fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the condo. The internet line was recently upgraded and an additional access point was installed to ensure strong signal in every room. Perfect if you need to work remotely or stay connected during your stay. The condo Is the first condo upon gate entry with about 6-8 steps downward to the entry door. This is an amazing feature for anyone who doesn’t like the stairs or even the elderly person who prefer less steps all together coming in and out of the complex. Convenient Access to Town The condo has a private staircase (about 150 steps) that takes you down to the back of the building at Callejón de la Igualdad. From there, simply cross Highway 200 and you’ll be just minutes from all the action — including Muertos Beach, Zona Romántica, Olas Altas, great restaurants, bars, clubs, and the famous Malecón. When I visit with my family, we often walk down to town and then take a quick taxi back up at the end of the night to skip the walk up. The shared pool is located on the lower deck and can be reached by taking the stairs down from the condo. The pool is heated during high season (Dec-April). Due to the building’s orientation, the area tends to stay shaded for much of the day, creating a refreshing spot to relax out of the sun. One of the things guests love most is that the condo offers peace, space, and tranquility while still being close enough to enjoy everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer whenever you want it. Guest access Guests have access to the heated pool which is heated during the winter months. The pool is only shared with units that in the building. Taxi cabs will only charge about $60-$70 pesos to bring you downtown if you prefer not to walk. That's about $4 USD
