Home has ample space for guests with a first floor living room & kitchen as well as a small outdoor space and main floor TV room. I am very open to long term guests. Enjoy a warm and spacious bedroom during your stay. You will be provided with a key to the front door of the home. There is a ring camera doorbell at the front door for host to be attentive to guest check-in needs. It's a safe and convenient location. Guests can relax and hang out in our indoor and outdoor patio. The back porch overlooks the pond. The Front outdoor space has a fire pit for an evening fire in the pit for relaxing. The bathroom is shared and we clean it everyday. There is ample street parking available in front of the house and in driveway You will have access to shared spaces in the kitchen, dining, living, laundry, inside and outside spaces. This is a listing with the host and other guest in my home. You are welcome to use the kitchen, laundry, and main floor common area, for dining, and cooking, etc. groceries are on your own. If using the shared common areas, the expectation will be to leave things as you found them - each guest are provided their own dinnerware and private kitchen cabinet, that their dishes are to be washed and put away in (not left in the drying rack or counter) and the dishwasher is only for large parties so please the (pots & pans need hand washed also)..we provide space in the fridge and cabinet space for your personal Staples. ***Please note: Relax, enjoy your stay, treat my home as you would yours, please be respectful of host and other house guest). COGO Bike sharing is located in the neighborhood for bike rentals. Bus stop is less than 100 ft. $8.00 Uber ride downtown. $10-15 to and from the airport. This is a upper level space which means there are stairs to negotiate. There is a sturdy handrail, but for some potential guests who need handicap accessibility, this unit may not be best for you.. .I will ask you to refrain from entering the other guest bedroom. Also, since you are sharing a space with other Airbnb guests, please adhere to the quiet hours established in the house rules.
