The space includes the main floor - living room, dining, kitchen, half bath and laundry as well as the upper floor - 3 bedroom, half bath in master suite, and full bath with tub. This home is an 10 minute drive to the airport (YCC) and close to amenities within a five minute drive including grocery, drugstores and restaurants. Just off of Deerfoot Trail for easy access to the many city attractions, but in a quiet, family community. The space The home is cozy and comfortable, the decor is original to the time of the build. The master includes a half bath and walk-in closet space. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunkbed (top is not suitably for children under age seven.) Bedrooms and full bath are located on the second floor. The main floor includes the kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath and laundry is in the closet. There is a patio off the dining room, but please note the stairs to the back of the house are steep and not for children. The basement is merely a storage space and there is no access to it for our guests. Guest access Garage and driveway parking available at this home, no need to park on the street. Getting a taxi, airport limo or uber is quick and convenient and there are public transit (buses) in the area. Other things to note Behind the house and to the left is the community gathering area which has a nice green space and small playground.
