Cozy, private 2 BR/2 Bath brick rancher tucked away in peaceful setting just minutes from Downtown Boone & Appalachian State University. Conveniently located just a short distance to Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. This is a single family home on a private drive. You’ll have access to the entire home except the garage and storage areas. Please read the entirely of the listing including house rules prior to booking. The space Enjoy the entire house donned with shabby chic living areas and cozy sofa; a large porch for taking in the mountain air; two bedrooms with queen size beds and two full baths; a fully stocked kitchen is available for cooking. You'll have access to Wifi, Netflix -- TVs in every room; a separate space for games or lounging in the downstairs den (futon may be used for additional guests); washer/dryer is also available should you need it. Outside there’s a small fire pit that can be used when fire danger is low. Please let us know if you have any questions. There’s a large porch perfect for enjoying the crisp mountain air. Please note, there is a stray porch kitty that visits the house regularly. Many guests enjoy feeding her (and naming her) but please ensure she stays outside! We aren’t sure where she came from but she sure likes to hang around. If you prefer not to engage with her, that’s okay too.
