Location is key! Spacious, shared 2 bedroom (1 full bath) apartment right across from the Historic Sellersville Theater, Washington House Restaurant, & bike paths in Menlo Park. Your room has two large windows, dresser, twin daybed, & closet. I work night shift, and will give you ample privacy. Looking for a mature, employed, long-term guest, if possible. Steps to the theater! Wonderful shade tree and balcony (breezy door exit from kitchen) and stellar view. Wifi & Cable. You have full, shared use of the living room, kitchen (with all appliances), cable tv, wifi, and front porch. Washer/Dryer in the basement! The apartment is directly across from the historic Sellersville Theatre and Washington House Restaurant & bar. Fridge, with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker & tea pot right there. The apartment is quiet due to the thick plaster walls. There are many windows which allow for a bright sunny apartment, a nice view of the theater, and some trees. A scenic paved walking or biking trail starts in Sellersville, and follows the Branch Creek through Menlo Park for about 2 miles. Shared, full bathroom with your host (second-shift worker). You have use of all commom spaces as well. Your room is private and will not be entered during your stay. You will be given a set of keys to use during your stay (return when you check out). I am quiet but pleasant and can help you with suggestions for nature trails and bike paths as I am an avid outdoorsman. I will meet you for the keys upon check-in. Please message me to prearrange your check in time. I will show you around the apartment and provide all the information you need for wifi, neighborhood details, etc. :) Sellersville Theater, Washington House (dinner & drinks), Stellas (breakfast & lunch), Roc N Ray's (Pizza & sandwiches takeout or quick delivery), all a short walk away! South Perk Restaurant & bar, C & M Diner, and Yoga are in Perkasie, a short drive or bike ride away. There is free parking in the Sellersville Borough lot a few steps from the apartment front door. The Lansdale train station allows you to travel to center city Philadelphia for shopping, Phillies baseball, Eagles Football or Flyers Hockey. There is parking for one dollar in coins per car for 24 hours. The train also has a stop at the Philadelphia Airport. Car rentals are available at Enterprise in nearby Souderton, and they will deliver the car to the apartment. Use Lansdale Taxi, or Uber if needed locally. There is a bus to NYC, with a pick up / drop off in nearby Dublin, or Doylestown. Or you can get to NYC by train from Lansdale with a connecting train at 30th street station. Nearby Doylestown, New Hope & Lambertville are nice places with many restaurants, and small artistic shops, vintage clothing, and galleries. Grand View Hospital, G & W PA Laboratories & Penn Foundation, all less than a 5 minute drive away.
