I ask guest to remove shoes at the front door. And require grocery items to be disinfected before putting in refrigerator. Any Thoughtful Prevention. The space I automatically already practice a complete sanitation protocol between guest. Because of COVID-19 , I no longer have shared bathrooms. I have two rooms on different floors. Each guest will have a private bathroom. The shared areas (kitchen) are sanitized and cleaned multiple times daily. This Victorian bedroom with Two closets has two windows. A new Beauty-rest Queen with a pillow top, very comfortable bed. There's a night stand and a dresser. Shared updated kitchen good for light cooking. I have two bedrooms listed, each guest will have a private bathroom on separate areas of the house. I provide clean TOWELS and LINENS. Kitchen is well equipped without you bringing anything.. Use of Refrigerator. Updated Kitchen for light cooking and Laundry Room. Beautiful Back yard to enjoy year round. Living room Flat Screen TV. Free easy parking. Safe to walk, run or jog. Tennis courts at the middle school grounds a walk away. Close to beltway 695 ... Interstate 83, 70 and 95. Close to the beautiful Northern Central Railroad Trail "NCR Trail" manicured trail you can bike, walk or jog. Close to everything! Guest access Wifi - Flat Screen TV Living and Dining room shared areas. I also have a pull out Serta Queen Sofa Bed in the living room if you have more guest traveling. A Private stay can be arranged. Home owner quarters and addition office are not shared areas. Smoke friendly in outside area. During your stay I'm always around if you need anything. Other things to note I have two Basenjis, quiet, short hair dogs (low dander). Very kind, can be nosy. Please don’t feed them people food they’ll become annoying insets and get sick. Thank you!
