Relax and enjoy a good book, play some chess, or watch a movie on the 50 inch Smart TV in the comfortable and welcoming living room. Whip up a tasty meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it with family and friends in the dining area for six. A convenient powder room is located on this level as well as two decks that lend themselves to sitting back in an Adirondack chair and sharing your beverage of choice with family and friends. Master Bedroom: This private and spacious room has a Cal-King bed, and an en suite bathroom equipped with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. A cozy window seat is ideal for watching the deer roam the streets or enjoying the ocean view. Be sure to keep an eye out for migrating whales! LOWER LEVEL You will find a comfortable queen bed in each of the two private and tastefully decorated bedrooms. This floor also boasts a full bath with a tub/shower combination as well as an indoor laundry room with new washer and dryer. Don't be surprised if you glance out one of the windows and come eye-to-eye with a doe and her fawns! The entire house. Access is not given to the garage. Two short blocks will get you to beach access for walking the shore, exploring the tidepools or just sitting and enjoying the view, and the beautiful trails of the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve are just minutes away as well. Explore downtown Cambria, Moonstone Beach and many of the other hidden coves nearby. We are nestled between pristine natural preserves: please drive carefully as you might be sharing the road with a family of deer. This home is a two story home. It has a 15 step staircase that needs to be navigated in order to access the second floor living space. The base daily rate listed is for the first two guests. There is an additional daily charge of $25 for each additional guest. Maximum occupancy on the premises at any time is 6. Only booked/paid guests are allowed in the house at any time - no exceptions allowed. If friends or family decide to join you after you have booked, they are welcome as long as you adjust the reservation before checking in. Failure to adjust the booking to reflect the number of actual guests entering the house prior to checking in will result in a $100 late-guest fee charged to the reservation in addition to the charge of $25/per person per night. We use a security system to verify the number of persons entering the house, so please be accurate in your booking to avoid additional fees.
