Being close to the gulf and with a short 2 blocks from the new Boat Ramp, your in the water and fishing or scalloping in no time! Highly desirable property in the hear of town!! The space This property has a large master bedroom with a king bed and another twin bed plus a queen bed in the second bedroom to sleep your party of up to 5 very comfortably! A nice spacious layout that combines the living, dining table and full size kitchen for family living area. A carport is part of the Villa, dedicated for outdoor living (no parking of fuel motors allowed) and enjoyed in morning and evening grilling! All this within 1 block (walking) distance to Sea Hag Marina! We are also just a two short blocks from the beautiful new boat ramp! Come and unwind at this quaint town that has world famous fishing and scalloping, unbelievable sunsets and is also a golf cart community! Bring your golf cart or contact us if you need to rent one! Bike around town on the many side streets and long riverfront road that runs along side of the water or hang out at Sea Hag and watch the boats come in with their catch! The public fishing pier is also a nice place to enjoy a cast or catch crabs. For water fun, the gulf is a very short run out of the channel. This property is very close to the mouth of the river so not a lot of time is wasted having to idle in and out. Boat a day on the water and put in and take out at the very convenient boat ramp, 1 block away or book your wet slip at Sea Hag Marina for overnight stay. There is plenty of room to park at this property should you want to put in and take out daily. Parking is assigned so please do let us know your length of rig for your assignment! Fishing is awesome and Steinhatchee is know for having great scallop seasons! They usually are plentiful; we see many of them right from the edge of the boat every year! If fishing is your game, the marinas will guide you as you plan your day. This is a great place to come and unwind~ Guest access Home is right in the heart of town with no dirt back roads to get lost trying to find your rental! This property is easy to find and right in the center of everything, 1 block from the largest Marina in town, Sea Hag Marina! Cute, clean, and comfortable home is situated on a corner lot with duplex style renting both the Carport Villa and another Front Porch Villa. Each with a separate entrance, separate drive, and no shared living accommodation spaces. Guests sometimes book both for friends to be right next to each other but each have their own Villa. The town is friendly and people are very helpful! Wave at the friendly golf carts driving by while you watch the beautiful sunset in the spacious carport! Restaurants ( Fiddlers Restaurant or Roys Restaurant are two favorites) offer a beautiful menu selection and are within golf cart distance! Upon arrival, message you have arrived!!! Check to be sure everything is working properly and message me that you got in safely and everything is fine. Ask any questions you may have and should you be concerned, or have a question, message regarding right away. Family pets are limited to dogs only which must be pre approved. To have your pet Pre- approved, message pets name, color. age, breed, weight, approx height, if healthy, if under vet care, and if there are any issues such as chewing, separation anxiety etc. If your pet is approved you will be quoted a pet fee and you will need to pay the appropriate extra housekeeping/pet fee that was quoted. Minimum pet fee is 50.00 for one pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. You must have your pet on a leash while outside on grounds, must kennel while away more than an hour, and must pick up after them when they soil outside, and must be responsible for any damages.
