The space Ground floor : Spacious entrance with coat rack and toilet. Brand new kitchen (June 2021) of 11m2 equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob. Breakfast table. Behind the kitchen a nice bedroom for 2 persons (bed 160x200cm) with ensuite bathroom with sink and shower. Spacious living room (30m2) with lounge and dining area. 1st floor 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom: 1 bedroom for 2 persons (bed 140x200cm) with own sink. 1 bedroom for 2 persons (1 x bed 90x200cm, 1x bed 140x200cm) with own sink. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Other things to note The house has been completely renovated so you can enjoy luxury and comfort. The garden is not completely fenced off and we do not have a safety stair gate, so it might be unsuitable for very young children.
