Beach House at Virgin Creek

custom home on spectacular 5-acre beachfront lot bordered on the south by virgin creek and the west by the beach, both wildlife sanctuaries *policy prohibiting dogs and pets for the protection of native wildlife. no fishing in virgin creek* incomparable views of ocean and sunsets 1 mile north of town with walking/biking access to restaurants, shops and activities on protected "haul road" private access to white sand beach/best surf spot on the coast (experienced swimmers and surfers only) The space this is the closest house to the beach and the only house in the area with direct access to the beach (sand, not bluffs) amazing wildflowers and wildlife (birds, seals, tidepools, deer, otters) Guest access access to entire home with the exception of private storage and utility room Other things to note sorry, but no pets or service animals permitted due to federal wildlife restrictions because of safety risk to other animals. per airbnb service animal policy "If your listing includes a shared space and an assistance animal would create a health or safety hazard to you or others (e.g. allergies and pets who are unable to share space with other animals due to a safety concern), we will not require you to host the guests with the assistance animal. Please be clear and polite when communicating with guests about this." starlink internet and youtube tv this is a remote house that is partially off-the-grid we make sure that all of the systems (well, septic, heating, etc) are working before the guests arrive if anything needs attention during the stay, we will get it back on line as soon as possible and typically within a couple hours in order to help, guests should conserve water (avoid very long showers, make sure that toilets do not run, etc.). unfortunately a recent guest left the hose running which drained the water tank and if something like that happens, it can take 12 hours and $1,000 to refill. so please be careful :)
