This beautiful studio is located on the second floor of a turn of the century former store front building. It was once used as an office by David's father and is a very special space to us as it was our first Airbnb listing. The space This is a 350 square-foot loft space. We have created a space that will allow you plenty of storage, room to visit, and a comfortable place to sleep. You can prepare a light snack or a full meal in our well-stocked kitchen. Beautiful sunlight streams in the windows of this apartment making it a nice refuge from the day's activities. We do have a working air conditioning unit that has been newly replace and cools the space adequately... Guest access You have a private living space a with futon and a comfy double bed as well as a small kitchen table. The kitchen has a sink, refrigerator and gas stove as well as plenty of kitchen equipment. You also have a completely private bath. Other things to note **Updated window air conditioning unit has made a big difference as the summer temperatures set in. The apartment gets cool and stays cool. We have also refinished the bathtub and it is beautiful! At certain times of the year we have special event pricing and a multi-night minimum. Ask us for more wi-fi booster has been added to improve over all signal. **Claw foot bath tub has been beautifully refinished and is ready for use! **This building has central heat controlled via thermostat. Air conditioning is supplied by window units. We charge $50 for late check outs. We charge $50 for early check ins. If you are requesting an early of late check out/check in please keep in mind we may have other guests expecting early check ins and late checkouts as well. It may be in your best interest to go ahead and book the night before and/or after your expected stay. We may be able to work with you on a price for these arrangements.
