Feel at home in this Cozy 1 Bedroom "in-law suite" includes bathroom, kitchenette, separate entrance into your own secured space, just 2 miles from I85 - 20 miles south of ATL airport. Close to shopping, entertainment and a short 15 to 20 min to Senoia, home of The Walking Dead. King size bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living room allows 3 people to stay comfortably! All real hard wood floors, and ceramic tile in the bathroom. All windows have blinds and/or curtains. 1 car parking spot on driveway (uncovered). Additional parking possible off driveway. Apartment has private access directly off driveway via small covered porch. We are available as needed as we live in the attached house. However, we won't bother you during your stay! There is one solid wood door for access from our home into the apartment, but it will be dead bolted at all times with chain latches on both sides. So you will have no issues about your privacy! Subdivision is near Thomas Crossroads, and has no HOA. Lots are heavily wooded, and most (including ours) lack landscaping. We are in the process of of cleaning up the yard a bit and will be replacing the fence and adding a patio outside the side door - pardon our progress. We park in a gravel circular drive at the front of the house. We have a medium size dog (doesn't bite) in the fenced backyard that has separation anxiety and sometimes howls. We have chickens in the backyard. There are a couple of neighborhood cats that come and go as they please. Disclaimer, there is no covered parking so park at your own risk. Cats may lay on your vehicle while its parked. Small tree limbs may fall during a storm. If you have a high end or brand new vehicle this is not your place! Car required or use Lyft or Uber. Apartment Refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner stove top, and all cookware and utensils provided. Living room has large flat screen TV with Roku so you can access your Netflix or your Hulu account. Carbon Monoxide Alarm not needed because we are an "all electric" house- No gas appliances.
