New tent house 100 m from the Vlieland beach!

Enjoy tent house Lanterfant, 50m away from the beautiful Vlieland beach. Located on the edge of the forest and with a lot of privacy! IMPORTANT 🧹 You must clean it yourself (items available). 🚫 Vlieland is a low-traffic area. TENT HOUSE? A tent house is a mix between a tent and a cottage. With a lot of comfort, but without its own plumbing and without running water. VLIELAND Vlieland is a World Heritage Site. Beautiful nature with millions of birds, seals and great views makes this island unforgettable. The space LIVING AREA The cottage has a spacious living area (for tent house standards) with a 2.40 m lounge sofa and a cozy dining area. KITCHEN The tent house has a well-equipped kitchen. Here you will find everything you need for your stay. Think of, among other things, cutlery, plates, pan set, grill pan, hand blender/blender, glasses, cups, children's plates and cutlery, cutting boards, etc.). BEDROOMS There are 2 bedrooms that can be completely darkened by, among other things, a light-proof roof tarpaulin. They are equipped with luxury mattresses for a good night's sleep and 5 x single 4-season duvets and pillows. In bedroom 1 there is a 3-person bunk bed (3 times 80x200 cm). In bedroom 2 there is a king size double bed (2 mattresses of 90 x 210 cm). There is plenty of closet space in the bedrooms. Under the king size bed is plenty of space to store suitcases/bags. TERRACE A sunny deck terrace (20m2) with 6 adjustable garden chairs + dining table and plenty of space around the house provide privacy and tranquility. Guest access Vlieland is accessible by ferry. You can't take your car with you because the island is car-free. A great advantage of Vlieland! There are several parking options in Harlingen, of which Tjerk Hiddes is the best known. TO THE COTTAGE From the arrival from the ferry, it is about a 15 to 20-minute walk to the cottage. Instructions with map will follow after booking. LUGGAGE TRANSPORT From Harlingen, luggage transport is arranged by the campsite. You can place your luggage in the Stortemelk luggage cart. This cart is driven on Vlieland directly from the ferry over the entire campsite and therefore also passes by the tent house. TRANSPORTATION The bicycle is by far the most used means of transport on the island. There are several rental companies to be found, right at the arrival of the boat. KEY Instructions for receiving the key to the Tent House will follow after booking. Other things to note ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE weekly rental: Friday to Friday Weekend: Friday to Monday Vacations, Holidays, etc., just in consultation (It's hard to set this up properly on Airbnb, so please make a proposal, and we'll figure it out.) PLEASE NOTE! This is a tent house! That means: - There are no sanitary facilities in the cottage. The toilet buildings on the campsite can be used for this purpose. There is a jerry can with a water tap. - The tenant must provide bed linen, kitchen linen and bath linen. Can also be rented through Linnenservice Vlieland. This is easy. After ordering, a bag of linen is placed at the reception that you can pick up yourself (+/- 200 meters from the cottage). - The cleaning must be done by the guests themselves, so that the next guests can also enjoy a clean cottage. - The tent house is not connected to the power grid. A solar panel and battery provide power. Charging phones/laptops, lighting, etc. all work fine on this. Heavier appliances do not. So please do not connect hairdryers, sandwich irons, etc. - The roof is made of tent canvas and the house is not insulated. In spring and autumn, it can therefore be cold inside. (temperature outside = temperature inside). The radiant heater provides radiant heat, but does not act as central heating.
