My place is good for professionals , solo adventurers, students and business travelers. I try my best to make everyone feel at home. My rooms are cleaned after every visitor very carefully. Nice, safe neighborhood with free parking in front of my home. I am close to an all night stewarts , laundromat, roller skating rink, sports bar, deli and restaurant.
