Peaceful, Safe, Clean Guest House

This home was built with a wide hallway and doorways for a man in a wheelchair. Full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, k- cup coffee maker, can opener, induction cook top, blender and dishes/cups/silverware. (No oven) Full size washer and dryer, sit down shower, great air flow, a lot of natural light, great work space, WiFi and your own outdoor patio area. GREAT SPACE for someone traveling on business, a writer, or someone needing to unplug. ADA friendly The space This home was built for someone in a wheelchair. The kitchen has lowered countertops on one side which makes for a great work space area. The tub has a shower but also has a ADA accessible area to sit to bathe. The bathroom has hand rails on 3 walls around the toilet and a pedestal sink. The bed is a comfy queen size memory foam mattress with soft sheets. Bedding will likely not match the pictures here, we try to change the decor to match the season. If you are coming for a special occasion please let us know. WE HAVE PETS. Please do not book with us if you have an allergy to cats, dogs or chicken feathers. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY ———————///———————- COVID-19 UPDATE: - We try to have at least 2 days between guests for extra time for cleaning. - we used to greet guests and give a little tour, now we will have a keyless entry. - we used to have a welcome book but we will move that to an online format either on the Air B&B site or we will send it in an email. - we used to clean well between guests, now we will go over EVERY surface with Lysol at least TWICE. - we used to run the pillows in the dryer between guests, now we will spray them with Lysol before and after running them in the dryer. - we will continue to wash the mattress cover and spray with bed with Lysol between guests. -we will disinfect the door handle and gate latch and other outside common areas while you are here. - you have your own patio area but we will workout pool time to ensure 6’ social distances. - please don’t come if you are sick or experiencing any of the COVID symptoms as outlined by the CDC or WHO. - we will communicate by phone or text. - please let us know if you have any requests that we can accommodate before your arrival to minimize contact. Guest access full size washer and dryer in the guest house. you may swim in the pool at your own risk.
