Located in the rural suburb of Paraite, Bell Block. 1 bedroom unit surrounded by fruit trees, space and privacy. All the rural aspects but so close to Bell Block shops and the valley shopping centre. Short drive to the city centre The space Modern fully double glazed one bedroom unit. Bedroom has a comfy California King bed. There is also an option for a trundler bed for a 3rd person. Ensuite bathroom, Kitchen, TV and DVD player with Freeview. Walk out of the lounge onto a patio/deck looking out to an orchard of fruit trees listen to the numerous birds singing or the horses next door. Linen and towels provided off street parking in front of attached garage on unit however garage can not be used. Secure gated and fenced property 8 mins to the airport 8 mins to the valley shopping centre 9 mins to the beach 5 mins to bell block shops and the warehouse 15 mins to Pukekura Park Guest access Guest have full access to the unit (not attached garage) and garden/orchard area Other things to note Unit is accessed via our main driveway and as we have 3 children a dog, stock in the paddocks and free range chickens, the gate over the driveway is automated and needs to be closed at all times for safety reasons. A code will be provided to you prior to arrival Must be ok with Dogs - our dog (a small spoodle) may occasionally wander down to the unit. He is nervy and will sometimes bark at strangers but means no harm. We try to keep him away for your stay. No parties, gatherings or guests of any kind as this is private property and our home. Wifi - Free wifi . The unit wifi signal comes from the main house. We are open to negotiate the stay of pets. but they must be NON SHEDDYING breeds only and depend on circumstances. There will be an extra $45 fee due to extra cleaning / using extra products etc after a pet has been in the property. This needs to be approved prior to booking. As we are rural we operate on a septic waste water system and a rain water tank.
