Relax & unwind in this amply sized private studio suite, complete with large seating/tv area & study/desk space. Space comes w/ 2 beds (1 queen, 1 full sized pull out futon couch) a full private bath, mini-fridge, cooktop, microwave, dishware, & utensils. Beautiful rural wooded area with numerous hiking trails nearby. Longer term rentals may be considered starting from Summer of 2025 The space We are one of the closest abnb's to UCONN, maintain a very clean and comfortable space and do our utmost to make each guest feel welcome & completely at home. Guest access You'll have the studio apartment located above the garage which has a semi-private entrance (you'll only need to walk thru the laundry room) the studio has it's own private bath & walk in closet. Also feel free to use the washer/dryer and the back deck with hot tub. Other things to note We've got school aged kids here & are generally up by 630/7 (between the months of Sept-mid June). The ABnB space is removed from the home, but you may still hear us faintly if your visit falls over weekdays during the school year (although we've never had guests complain). In fact the most common comment we get is how quiet the area is & how comfy the bed is :-) One more thing to note: THERE ARE CATS on the property who sometimes sneak into the room despite our best efforts. They are extremely affectionate & the guest room is their favorite spot in the house so if your door is left open they'll invite themselves in.
