The cottage is nestled on the scenic shores of Chandos Lake, one of the cleanest lakes in the Kawartha’s, a mere 2.5 hours northeast of Toronto and 3 hours from Ottawa. Well equipped with modern amenities, you sacrifice nothing. There is a gentle slope to the water’s edge where you’ll find a dock and a great swimming spot with a sandy bottom. There are 2 kayaks, a canoe and a paddleboat available for your use along with the recommended safety equipment. The space This cottage is situated on 140 ft of pristine shoreline. Its the best of both worlds. An opportunity to experience the rugged beauty of the North Kawarthas, without sacrificing the comfort of modern amenities. This includes: - 3 bedrooms - 2 full size bathrooms (Rain shower and heated floors in the en-suite) - Fully appointed Kitchen - Two Living Rooms (upper and lower). - Two covered decks overlooking the lake (upper and lower) - Camp fire area adjacent to cottage - Large dock - Canoe, 2 kayaks, and paddle boat (in season). - Large parking area for several vehicles. Other things to note 2 night minimum. Full week rentals only in July and August unless noted. (Friday to Friday). Guests to supply own linens, towels, toiletries and Firewood.
