Beautiful 3/2/2 vacation rental home. The space Pool home with access to lanai/ pool deck from both master bedrooms and kitchen. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house. Other things to note * YOU MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT THIS HOME.* * The person who rents this home must be present throughout the entire reservation. We welcome infants and children of all ages but we do not have a pool gate and expect that the guest will supervise all children when around the pool at all times. ***Also there are no parties or events allowed in the home. No fireworks, pets or illegal drugs in or on the property. No smoking in the house allowed. Thank you for respecting the home and treating it as if it were your own. *** The pool heater is turned on Nov. 1st and turned off in May1st.***
