You will love the convenience of the location- only 5 minutes driving time to Belconnen Westfield shopping mall, with excellent travel links to Canberra’s most famous attractions. There is also the nearby suburban Hawker shopping center with a Woolworths supermarket, petrol station, and excellent bakery. * The Central Heating system provides warmth to the property. The space The spacious 3-bedroom house is classic and stylish with loads of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. Enjoy the welcoming space of this home away from home. The house: Central Evaporative Cooling System Central Heating system. Living Room: The living room has a 55 inch Smart TV, Netflix, Apple TV with a comfy Sofa-bed. Bedrooms: All three bedrooms have 2 pillow with white pillowcase, 1 Duvet with white quilt cover, 1 white bed sheet. *All linens and towels are washed after each guest's stay on an allergy wash cycle at a minimum of 60 degrees, We use Canesten antibacterial liquid on the final rinse and do not use fabric softeners or detergents with fragrance. * Drying sheets will leave them wrinkled, appreciate you could understand. * If you need any additional requirements (such as extra bedding, pillows, two flat sheets on top, and sofa beds) Please don't hesitate to ask! Kitchen: The Kitchen is fully facility for cooking basic meals. We provide a coffee machine, but we do not supply milk, bread, cereal, jam, or other perishable food items due to food safety concerns. Instead, we only provide the most basic essentials: oil, sugar, and salt. Thank you for your understanding.A supermarket is very close to the property, so you can easily purchase what you need. Please take any leftover items with you to avoid waste. * For safety reasons, the stove is equipped with a child safety lock. Please follow these steps: 1. Place the pot first: The stove will not turn on unless a pot is placed on it. 2. Unlock the child safety lock: If you are unable to adjust the heat level, press and hold the child safety lock button for about 3 seconds to unlock it. Bathroom: We will provide complimentary towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash. **Attention, HOT Water is boiling** Laundry Room: A washer and a dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. No Cameras Installed: Please be aware that there are no cameras installed within our property. We aim to provide you with comfort and privacy during your stay, and as such, we hope for mutual respect during your time here. Parties / Events NOT Allowed: Please note that our property is not suitable for hosting parties or Events. Our surrounding neighbors are long-term residents who value a quiet and peaceful living environment. Please ensure that your activities do not disrupt their lives and refrain from causing unnecessary inconvenience or disturbance. Communication is very important. If you experience any discomfort during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs and ensure you have a 5-star experience. Guest access We will provide you with check-in instructions a day before your arrival. Other things to note *The kids Must Be under adult supervision at all times. *Let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check-in/out times. * A cleaner may stop by on a Wednesday evening to put the garbage bins out and then bring them in again Thursday evening. *Please make sure all lights and heating/Air Conditioning are turned off when you leave the property each day.
