The front living room has an amazing gas fireplace. There is 50" Samsung LED Smart TV, with Comcast Xfinity cable, and DVD player. There is also a cozy den which leads to the deck, and is great for reading. You'll enjoy the spacious kitchen which is retro style with a stylish diner table & chairs. The dining room is suitable for formal dinners, and can seat up to 6 people. The dining table also comes with an extension leaf, to accommodate 8 people. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer in the basement. There is a large back deck with a bistro table and chairs for two, lounge furniture to seat four under a gazebo, Weber gas grill, and fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs. You'll find everything within a 10 minute drive...OSF, Proctor Hospital, Bradley University, Caterpillar, Peoria Heights, Grandview Drive, Detweiller Park, Rock Island Trail, Grand Prairie Mall, and much more! The house is on a quiet dead end street. It's a safe neighborhood with considerate neighbors. There is convenient driveway and street parking. There is also an attached garage for small vehicles. If you are traveling with a pooch, no worries! We have a fenced yard. Please advise us if you are traveling with any pets. The non-refundable pet fee is $100. Guests will have access to the entire house. We respect our guest's privacy. However, we are available 24/7 to answer any questions, and provide assistance. The neighborhood is convenient and safe. The house is on a quiet dead end street. Transportation in Peoria is best with a car. However, you can catch a bus one block away on Knoxville. Or two blocks away on Sheridan.
