Cottage in Antioch

This cottage was originally built in the 1942. With original Cypress walls and new loft this space is fresh! I find the wonky floors, creaky doors, old cast iron tub and sink charming. I hope you do too! More cottages listed under my profile. The space This little newly remodeled gem is located on Cypress Resort and Marine on Petite Lake in Antioch,Il. You have but a small walk across a parking lot and down the beach stairs to a big private sandy beach. Grills, charcoal, coffee and linens provided Guest access The property has 480ft of sandy beach, picnic tables, floating piers, boat launch, men's & women's bathrooms with showers. Kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, life jackets, floaties and sand toys are provided at no extra cost. The Boat House is available to rent for private parties. Other things to note We are in nature. Expect spiders, webs, bees, ants and mosquitoes. Though we clean just hours before your stay spiders can and will spin a web with in that time.
