Delightful three-room apartment in a historic early 20th-century complex with beautiful gardens and private, reserved access, completely renovated and furnished with designer furniture that enhances its spaces and functionality, against the backdrop of the Latin Walls, Villa Celimontana, Baths of Caracalla, FAO, Circus Maximus, Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, and the Colosseum. Equipped with every comfort in a lively but quiet area, it is in a strategic position to live to the fullest and make you fall in love with the magical Rome, the Eternal City. The space Newly renovated, equipped with all amenities, designer and handcrafted furniture and the most modern technologies, the apartment consists of a large living room with a cooking area, dining area and snack bar counter, hallway, a comfortable double bedroom and a very nice and functional double room and large desk also useful as a workstation (all with a window), a bathroom and a private terraced space which can be accessed by descending ten comfortable mini-steps from the entrance gate in which you can relax and comfortably smoke your cigarette (the apartment, on the other hand, is strictly non-smokers). Paid parking is available at 16 euros/day or 70 euros/month. Guest access The apartment will be at your complete disposal. The price shown is for 2 people only, for each additional guest an additional 20 euros/night will be required. Other things to note The apartment has every item necessary for daily use, vacation and/or work: various tools and appliances for the kitchen (toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, boiler, mixer, blender, chopper, mandolin, ceramic knives), iron and ironing board, hairdryer, electric broom, washing machine, air conditioner, automatic irrigation system, armored door, grilles on the windows. For allergy problems, although I adore them, the apartment (and the garden) cannot accommodate pets.
